INTRODUCTORY SAKE PROFESSIONAL – The first step to entering the Sake Sommelier world. This course is a unique opportunity for Sake enthusiasts to further their understanding of Sake. The course covers everything from Sake origins and serving etiquette to its ingredients and production. Students are also introduced to the differences between various types of Sake.This course includes a tasting component where a range of the finest Sake available are sampled, and guests will receive a certificate for their participation

CERTIFIED SAKE SOMMELIER-The only official Certified Sake Sommelier qualification in the world! Widely recognised within the sake world, the Certified Sake Sommelier is a fantastic way to further expand your career in the sake service industry. This course covers the broader aspects of the sake industry, including how to work with sake, from introducing it to customers, to storage and purchasing. We also delve into the science of Umami; and taste a multitude of different sake All students who pass will receive their Certified Sake Sommelier qualification－recognised globally in the Food & Beverage industry for its high standards－and a sommelier lapel pin. SakeSommeliers will be eligible to attend the London Sake Challenge and other Regional Sake Challenges as tasting judges as well as enter the coveted Sake Sommelier of the Year competition
